After my crazy food day yesterday, we won't go into details... I'm trying to be on my BEST BEHAVIOR today lol. I weighed myself this morning and the scale hadn't moved BUT I definitely have some "reshaping" going on. My top is a bit more loose as well as the jeans :) Yay! Looks like that 15mins on the Elliptical, Lifting a few weights, and helping my Dad last weekend paid off :) I'm taking baby-steps into full blown exercise because I have a tendency to over do it lol. Every week I go a little longer on the Elliptical, lift a few more weights, etc. Everything helps :)
