I totally splurged on Blackberry cobbler. I also made some homemade bread that turned out to be pretty good too!! I know what I was doing as I splurged, but I was stressing & was glad for a lil' comfort food. I know that when I made it I was being calorie conscience as well so when I ate it I was thinking more about the calories that I was saving by not adding as much sugar & butter than on my focusing on the Xtra calories that I was ingesting... I am picking things up from here & am now serriously on my way out of the 150's into the 140's - Two Weeks... I will be waving good by to the 150's within 2 weeks... :)
