I just lost a pound while I have my period! Whohoo!!!!! I haven't done that in years. And I have eaten at McDonald's the last two days. I am so excited, I just had to share with all of you.

The problem candy fan is that my traveling won't be over until next December, so I am happy with the fact that I am losing and have managed to keep myself on track and I still haven't had a coke yet!
