I signed up yesterday and found the strength to skip the bed time snack. After seeing the calories add up during the day I decided it wasn't worth it. This AM I stopped after just one pancake and took a handful of strawberries over my usual M&M's. This food diary thing is already making me realize how much snacking I do throughout the day. I also find great shame in logging the amount of chocolate I normally consume and will avoid eating it to avoid logging it. Of course, after just one day who knows if it'll stick.
