Had an omelet yesterday and chix mcnuggets (I was in a hurry). I'm usually a healthier eater(not always :), but I'm trying to do the induction phase of Atkins. I was still in ketosis, but that meat lovers omelet really made me thirsty. I knew I'd be up this morning a couple of lbs because of my H20 intake. Still I'd like to see the scale go down more. I want to get out of the 160s- it's been 2.5 years since I've seen the 150's! In the past, I have lost steam about now, but with this challenge I'm more motivated. It was really hard yesterday with taking care of the baby in the am and then being away for work over 12 hours. Somebody offered me a Whopper Junior- it sounded tempting.
