SturgeonQueen's Logboek, 02 sep 10

Okay, tonight I'm going to workout for real. No more slacking off. Going for around at least an hour... probably not going to do the entire huge workout sandwich, but... tomorrow I'll be spending about 6 hours in the car... and then probably pretty active hanging out with my bff (walking around, etc).. after that it's like 4-5 more hours on home to see my parents. My mom likes to walk, I'm bringing my Wii and also she has a treadmill. So, I'm going to "force" exercise to happen while I'm there, at least to make up for one of the days this week. Even if I just get out and walk a mile or something... it's better than nothing. Most of my time will be spent doing housework so yeah...

I really wish I could hit my goal. Actually, from here I wish I could lose 10 more lbs... but I'm not ready to change my "goal" until I can hit it. Ugh.
