Last Week was a blow-out week for me. I am now done with stress-binging & am back on track. Restarting today. I looked at myself in the mirror & I saw my body coming back into shape - again. I am looking forward to reclaiming my health and well being. I like the way that I feel when I am in great shape. That is what I reach for. Remembering that and seeing results in the mirror are part of my inspiration(s) at this time, that and the Fact that the man who spoke-up for me came by about 1 month ago to let me know that he is still interested.... He is definately my main inspiration really. Definately!! Back on track & focus ...Determination, Dedication & Focus...
