Sarah Bru 's Logboek, 20 feb 20

Okay, had a bout of food poisoning yesterday afternoon, so may be a little dry this morning for my weigh in, but I have been trying to hydrate. This is not the way I planned to kick off my diet. I'm not sure of the source, threw out a bunch of food. On a good note, my appetite is down!
