Well, I have been bloated for a week, but finally got my period so the bloat is gone. Wow! I was really hit hard with PMS this month. However, even with overeating 3 days last week, I still lost 2 pounds. Also, my pool is almost complete. I wanted to swim yesterday but the water is only 58 degrees. Burrrrr!

You are doing so well and I am so jealous a pool I would have to have one inside for mine to ever get warm hope the weather is nice so you can have a good swim

Glad your feeling better your going to be fine this weather is strange never can I recall a very cold May like this needing a mid weight jacket but not a sweater.
