Kathy Vanish's Logboek, 05 jun 13

Well mixed and poured concrete today in the hard section to pour. It was just my husband and I and according to a calorie counting site I burned approximately 1710 calories, so exercise is taken care of. Hoping to pour the rest on Saturday with a cement truck ( thank goodness). Still hard work with the wheelbarrow but at least we don't have to mix it.

I still have a terrible cold and really want to sleep, but can't breathe so can't sleep. It sucks. Well, I nee to go play unomoo with my daughter.

a nice hot shower will help you sleep let the bathroom steam up really good oh and way to go on helping out and burning so many calories :) feel better
