I have given away all my big size clothes. So it’s not an option to pick up a lot of weight. That’s a big motivation for me. I do have smaller size jeans and clothes. So that is another motivator to keep trying to make healthier choices. Set small goals. That way, when you achieve them. You want to keep trying. Good luck🍀

Self love. Decide you are worth it. I mark all my calender dates of days gone by with a 🖤 because i chose me over the bad choices on those days

I try to be a motivation to others who also want to lose weight, it puts some amount of pressure on me because I don't want to disappoint them, whilest at the same time I know I don't want to disappoint myself more...💖 It's doable.. I know we can do this 🚴♀️

I have also had days like this. I'm trying to be in the moment, as in not stress about all the thing I have to (and haven't) done and focus on one thing at a time e.g the exercise I'm doing right now. I find routine helps too

I like to keep habit trackers.. Google them along with Bullet Journals. Its a really nice visual way to track your progress while staying accountable to yourself...

I made myself a “goal/progress tracker” (a white page divided in 28 day-blocks) where I jot down my morning weigh in, exercise and give myself n sticker dot if I have been successful for the day. This helps to visually motivate me and keep me accountable 🙋🏼♀️

i have a smaller jean size wich motivate me to keep going for that goal.... also i keep telling myself to focus on what i want the most instead of what i want now.... the more progress i make the more i want to keep on going ... and seeing the faces of the people who said you are not good enough or anle to ever reach your goal... that is priceless and satisfying.😁

its hard but you dont have to stay motivated all the time its just looking in that mirror and seeing how you look and thinking do I want to look like this
or it might not be how you look sometimes you can feel you have picked up weight and not see it so every time you feel so uncomfortable with that extra weigt just think you dont want that
