YAAAAAHHHHHOOOOO!!!!! Stuck to the exercise committment today!!! Called my husband today and told him I was going to get on the treadmill when I got home if it was the last thing I did. I thought about it driving all the way home. Anticipation or Dread...not sure. When I got home, he was already dressed to work out, had been on the treadmill for an hour already. He said, "Come on-get changed we are gonna work out, I've been waiting for ya." He stayed with me and lifted weights while I did a 30 minute circuit on the tm and he encouraged me all the way. Truth be known, he was trying to divert my attention from looking at the numbers. Before I knew it, 30 minutes done! God I love this man!!!! He is my rock!!!!
