Thanks Ali, I am kicking up the exercise and added in lot's of green tea. seems to be making the difference as I have no really changed the calories or foods I am eating. Just trying to get that good balance of food and exercise so the loss continues consistently...maybe I am on to something. will see how this week goes. Oh yeah, I have also sworn off the elevator at the office and taking the stairs and the shuttle bus I used to take is out...now talking from the parking garage to office building instead. I guess every little bit helps!
