Day 3.

Yesterday went well. Even though I was scared at the thought of going out to dinner I managed to eat healthy and make a healthy choice for the most part. I ended up ordering a greek gyro plate with beef. Plate had about 6 ounces of beef, a salad with no dressed 2 medium size potatoes, some rice and taziki sauce. I made sure my boyfriend had most of the rice and half the potatoes so I can enjoy my taziki sauce without feeling guilty when I came home and looked up the calories for everything it was only about 12 calories for the whole meal. I was so excited. I picked up some weight watchers bread as well. I find it amazing how two pieces of their bread fills me up just as much as the regular stuff! I decided to stay away from cold cuts and only eat chicken or tuna with very little mayo on my toast for my sandwhiches. I am super excited and nervous for the turkey dinner on Sunday since in Canada it is thanksgiving weekend. I hope I can stay away from the stuffing my favorite part of the meal yumm.
