I'm still figuring this site out. Not sure how it works. I try to read as much other journals as possible to get an idea what to do. I don't quite understand the diet calendar. I record everything I eat and every exercise I do and I see the calories count. But I don't quite understand what I'm seeing. For instance my consuming calories is between 1200-1500 a day and then the exercise calories are above 2900 at one point almost 4000 calories? I really don't understand it... Any help or suggestions??
