12.5 miles on the bike today and an hour at the gym yesterday. I feel motivated after months of struggling to get back on track. It doesn't hurt that the scale was down 2 lbs this morning - my official weigh-in is Tuesday so I hope this lasts. Also drinking a ton of water.
