So, I'm not going to lie that it's been easy. But I'm still proud of myself for doing my best! I would also like to comment on how many members (especially females) are using their little ones as an excuse for not exercising! I mean how hard is it to have an extra hour for yourself in 1 day?? I'm also a (working) mom. Have 2 kids, one is 4 years old and the other is 8 months old. I work Mon-Fri from 9 till 5. My kids stay with their grandmother during the day. After work I pick them up, tidy up and spend time with them until bedtime. At 9.30 I workout for 30/40 min 6 days in a week. I’m so determined to lose this extra weight on me. I’ll literally do whatever it takes. Imagine if I was a stay at home mom? Don’t get me wrong but I find it unfair to blame your kids for not allowing you to exercise. They have nothing to do with it! It’s all in your head!
