The candy fan's Logboek, 06 aug 13

Home grown cucumbers are like eating flowers, they made a delicious sandwich, probably should go back to low carb because it was the only diet that worked have no idea what I weigh and not interested in seeing general doctor so she can tell me I am even fatter this time around. Managed to get 1 hour and 30 minutes exercise still no running. I could not find my running pants to save my life and wore these huge shapeless house pants which seemed to jiggle more than I did, I did wrap my midsection with belt and saran wrap it gives better support than the brace alone I have gone through two boxes in two months doing it this way. I made broccoli with eggs and ground turkey it was great and a side cucumber sandwich and a tiny square of bitter sweet chocolate.
