16 miles this morning (it was c-c-c-old) and 800 calories burned. I was slow though. This weather is so nice for cycling. Need to get some fall gear!!

Hey, send some of that cool air down here to Texas. We are having temps in the 100's all this week. It's too hot to do any outside exercise. Just want to stay inside in the air conditioning. LOL I am so glad that you got to enjoy your ride.

Thanks, Betty. I wish it was a little warmer in the mornings (not as hot as Texas though). I'm in NY and it's usually in the 70's at 7 a.m. but it was barely 60 today.
