Recovery....on Friday night I had a seizure & since then I haven't felt very hungry. I have had to surrender my driving license which is devastating but, it does mean my step count will increase, I have already smashed 10,000 steps today but this has been the result of 1hr 20 aerobics and a six mile slow walk. I am trying to ensure I enter everything into my food diary, no matter what, just to keep track and get back into the habit
