Smooth's Logboek, 28 okt 10

Ran my 5K on Sunday...loved it! I would have rocked even harder however, there were many walkers in the middle of the race which also was not very organized in that respect! My time was 31.10. and I felt great after the run.

On to a new goal...a 10K and a Triathlon for the first half of the year, and a half marathon in the later part of 2011!

Whoo-hoo!
