Darbo's Logboek, 02 nov 10

Today is looking to be a better day. I finally got some sleep last night. I realize that things work out in the end, it is hard at times to remember that. I am just glad that I didn't turn to food. Instead I forced myself to go to the gym yesterday for training and team. I felt alot better afterwards. It was good to be around people that are uplifting!
