Good morning people! Day 2 here for me. I weighed today and I'm down 2 lbs, LOL. You'd think this is a magic diet. In reality I am well aware that there are so may factors contributing to an apparent 2 lb weight loss. One is that it's inevitable when you only eat 500 calories, something you can't do long term (yesterday was my fast day) and then the time of day you weigh can make a pound or two difference in itself. I'll try to weigh at the same time every day and see how it goes.
