This week I have not kept a food journal. For 1 I was too busy. I really did not endulge in the Thanksgiving delights of butter dripping mashed potatoes & gravy (sort of speak). Instead we ate a GREAT meal of homemade chicken-pot-pie and salad and fruit & fat free pudding & sugarfree Cool Whip. But I have been very good really. I have not gained anything nor have I lost anything in the past 2 weeks. I am still intending to be a Lovely size 4 for New Years. My Husband is coming back from overseas very soon & I AM going to be in Beautiful condition for him. I just do not want to have ANY flabby on me at all. He deserves my best & I am definately going to give it to him. He is my best friend & I know that he will LOVE me no matter what - and that makes me want to be my best for him even more...
