Have been struggling with my depression and consequently fell off the eating right/healthy wagon. Decided to face the fat-girl-music and get weighed in town.

Yea. It's bad. 216. I started at 238... and I guess keeping 22 pounds off isnt that bad, but still. It's not good.
I am going to try to get back on it but man, o man, I really just want to stuff my face with chocolate and cookies and anything else that happens to be near by. I know that makes me sound pathetic, but it IS how I feel.
So far today I've had 2 slices of toast, a bowl of homemade chicken soup & 3 pieces of bread, and 2 cups of tea
