Ate with a lot more self-control these past few days, so it's nice to see the scale working with me. Pants are feeling good now! I guess if my biggest concern is the fit of my jeans my life is pretty good. Life is to be enjoyed, so enjoy it even if your pants right now are giving you a muffin top!
