I have done better this week with less sugary stuff and no pre-dinner snacks, except one afternoon when we had a strawberry smoothie for lunch and I had a little bowl of popped corn around 4 pm. Did not keep up with the exercise, but did lots of walking and some gardening. As we get closer to Christmas it will be a little more difficult to maintain all this. Just have to focus and say NO!
