I must say this year has flown by and I'm not sure if I can say I'm glad to see it go or if I'm sad . I honestly don't feel like there was any major mile stones that happened this yr besides my baby boy turning 1 and all the exciting things that happen in their first yr. I know that well as most people do ever year they have that goal of setting a New Years resolution and hopes of completing it. I think this yr I'm not going to make my resolution to loose weight. What I'm going to do it tell my self continue the good work that I have done these past few weeks on learning to live a healthy life style and getting back into shape. I can say that I have completely ditched the unhealthy style of food that I had been eating for the past yr. I have felt so good about myself these past weeks that I can finally say that I'm not sitting around crying or being depressed. Every time I log on here to recorded my daily intake and journals I see the picture of myself how I used to look just a few yrs ago. Seeing this for some reason always makes me smile and I just keep telling myself I will get there again. I set a goal to get at least half way to my goal weight by May. Also I wanted to thank all of my friends that I have made here on fat secret. I think it is great to have such a good support system because some of us don't always have family close by to support us. I take to heart all the comments and encouraging words that everyone post.
