i ate strangely today had lots of snacks and felt hungry and grumpy all afternoon which is strange because i've been feeling really energetic the last few days. hmmm. will have a small dinner of chicken and salad,then a good nights sleep if the little ones allow it:-)

Actually, yeah, a shift in your hormones can do that to you? Also, how was your water intake? A lot of times I mistakenly think I'm hungry and snack on stuff, when really all my body wanted was a tall glass of water! Another idea is if you are used to having caffeine or refined carbs/sugars, you could be going through a sort-of withdrawal. I hope your grumps go away!
