I made baked pork chops for the first time tonight. I liked them but the family said they were a bit dry. I'll have to find something I can put on them to keep them moist without adding calories.

Sear them on the stove top first and then finish them off in a 400 oven till they reach the right temp. let them rest for 5 min. before serving. That always works for me with pork, chicken, and steak.
