Which brand? I make my own, but it’s quite a bit of work and normally tastes pretty eggy. And it only lasts about 3 days in the fridge before going bad (a lot of cream cheese and eggs will do that). Always open to trying something else out as long as it doesn’t have a bunch of chemicals.

Artisan Bakers Keto Bread Multi Seed from Costco.
Since I don’t eat bread frequently, I put my bread in the freezer. When needed, I’ll take out required slices.

It says 12G of carbs but 12G of fiber. I’ve always counted carbs, not net carbs. I see some people say 20G of net carbs and others say 20G of carbs. I’ll try this bread out and see if I can stay in ketosis. Thx!

Good find! The only ones I've seen are where you have to buy THREE loaves at a time online and they cost an arm and a leg! I found a 7-carb bread that's really good. It's Pepperidge Farm Light 7-Grain Bread. I like making my Inside-Out Grilled Cheese sandwiches on it. The two pieces of cheese fried on the outside of the bread make it crunchy and delicious, and surprisingly satisfying in the sandwich department.

I finally had a chance to try 1 slice from the freezer. The bread is delicate & 2 corners broke off when I was trying to remove the slice from the loaf.
I cut the slice in half & made a soppressata & spinach sandwich with mayo & mustard.
The bread tasted like bread 😆

I looked for it here in San Diego, but couldn’t find it! 😢 Not sure if they are out, or it’s not stocked here. Will try one other Costco...

I do not believe in zero carb items... they tend to be a bit of counting trickery ... so if you add ingredients up there will be some carbs. But not much so if it works that is OK. This one has tapioca starch as its first ingredient so some people may be sensitive to that

It will probably be hard to figure out if the bread will adversely effect my Weight lose, since I’m not planning to eat the bread frequently. It will be nice to have the option though, especially if I crave a grilled cheese sandwich 😉
