Well, there was a break in the wind and snow yesterday so I went to the Y. It has been almost 2 months since I used the stationary bike and rowing machine. I couldn't believe how hard the bike was!. The last time I was on that bike, I cycled for 45 minutes. Yesterday I had a hard time going for 10 minutes. I am amazed how quickly I lost ground.
Today I was in the pool for my usual M, W, F hour of water aerobics. I will go back to the Y tomorrow for another crack at the stationary bike. I have to remind myself that it is so easy to do, if a bit boring, and doesn't take long.
The plow came by and left a glacier like substance at the end of the driveway and sidewalk. I spent half an hour clearing it out. Winter continues. We have continued to have cold weather. At least the high temps have been above zero (farenheit) but not by much. I think the high was 10 today but below zero nights.
I didn't eat after 5 pm today. I am getting back to eating breakfast and then not again until late afternoon. That worked well when I lost 20# last spring. The main thing is not to eat very much. I can do this.
