I eat way too many snacks! I just looked through my food diary and saw i have the most calories in the snack section it's crazy! I will have to eat more at meals so i'm not starving inbetween that way my body will have the chance to burn what i've eaten. Also i sometimes log my food in advance if i have planned exactly what i will have it helps me stick to it and not go over my planned intake for the day Does anyone else do that or is it a bit weird?

I Guess it would depend on if you are doing mindless snacking or you plan for it. I don't see anything wrong with having snacks as long as you keep your calories in check and make sure these snacks you are eating are healthy.

That happened to me a lot when I was eating sweets Ninaj! Is it possible those snacks are spiking your insulin and making you hungry? :) That was what was happening with me. I was eating 1000 calories in snacks (while having a 1850 calorie limit) lol

its not mindless snacking ist snacking because i`m starving(oh dear) i eat alot of fruit,crackers,cheese,cucumbers and tomatoes mostly as Snacks? sometimes it`s a muesli bar or yogurt so not really unhealthy things.

It definitely looks healthier than my former snacking (chocolate, cookies etc lol) :D The yogurt probably has added sugar though. But I don't know if that's enough to spike your insulin :)

I did eat a piece of chocolate after dinner but that was just cos i felt like it;-) but stayed under rdi and my weight didnt go up so looks like i got away with it:-):-)

It's lucky that i have to eat healthy during the day because my little girls see me and want some too and i don't want them eating crap or seeing me eat crap!

You probably did got away with it Ninaj! :) That's right! Heheh, you have to set the example for them! It's also better to eat the worst food later in the day because, if you eat it early, you will have lots of cravings throughout the day. At least from that perspective it's better lol.
I have a natural fear of anything that comes in the form of a pill, even knowing that it's helping me right now, I will do the best to stop depending on it as fast as I can because, despite the fact that it helps you that doesn't mean that it isn't harming you in other ways. But I'm glad I had them right now. It's like they were meant for this (didn't knew that when I bought them a few months ago lol).

Make sure you're including food that takes longer to digest in every meal. Lean protein and high-fiber foods take longer to break down in your stomach. That's why oatmeal, fruits and vegetables, and beans/legumes are great snack choices. When it takes longer to break down in your tummy, you'll feel fuller longer.

Also, drink a cup of water when you start feeling hungry. Sometimes you are just dehydrated. If nothing else, the water is good for you!
