laydeedonrae's Logboek, 24 jan 14

I got on the scale this morning...NO CHANGE. I am disappointed with myself. I try to eat right, but I think that I eat too much. I changed my RDI to 1500 calories but my body is not letting this FAT leave. What do I do? I have been exercising everyday. Could this be muscle? Help!!!!!

IT COULD BE YOUR FAT TURNING INTO MUSCLE. ALSO WOMEN HAVE WATER WEIGHT THAT FLUCUATES ALL THE TIME. KEEP PUSHING

By virtue of exercising daily you are likely taking in more water, which adds weight. Converting fat to muscle will also not show on the scale until you're a lean, bean, hot mama! YOU CAN DO THIS! CHIN UP! ;)
