Jillzee00's Logboek, 25 jan 14

I went over my RDI (?) 1322 calories. I just had a bowl of cereal to try to bring up my calories. It was late at night. I am trying to look back when I was younger and every single night, before I went to bed, I had a bowl of cereal (not as healthy as tonight, either!). I should have had only two glasses of wine, but had three because of the weekend (and chatting on the phone so long!). Still, healthy. It could have been pizza, chips or a sub! My key is to eat healthy and in moderation. Trying hard not to be anorexic or over-eat. Want to eat healthy.

You are doing great! It's sometimes hard to get it exactly right everyday. Listen to your body, sometimes it's hungrier one day then the next. Let it help you.
