I don't mean to sound like I keep repeating myself, but seriously, I am having trouble making my calories on weekends. Before dieting, I could easily rack up the calories because I ate junk. Today, it wasn't that I was "looking" at calories, but ate when I was "hungry" and felt like I wanted to make good choices when I did eat. I am really struggling as I keep being told I should eat more calories. I woke up later than I do during the week. Breakfast is basically coffee and a comatose state for me--LOL. I played on the internet, showered, played on the internet (second cup of coffee), got ready to go out and went to the mall with Alisha. We ate out. I didn't want McDonald's, Chinese or "junk." Alisha didn't, either. We went to Subway. I had the Veggie delite and not just because it is veggies, but because I like them and want to have that over salami or processed salty foods. Even before I started this diet, I remember choosing veggie sandwiches when venders brought these in for lunch. I wasn't hungry until a little while ago. Hubby cooked my whiting filets (I try to eat fish, chicken or salad in the evening) and put it in creamed spinach (not even checking calories/fat). I'm satisfied. I am having my 10 oz of wine. No way I can do a third, though. Just chilling and relaxing, but I'm worried that someone will say I'm not getting enough calories. I really am trying. The weekends are tough!
