This is my first day back to work and I think I did OK over the Christmas period not to put much weight on. I did, however, give myself a half stone leeway. If I reach the half stone mark I go back to healthy eating.
I have reset my diet and am back to the gym. I have had a three week break from it and to be honest I am a bit nervous about going back and looking forward to it at the same time.
I donāt feel I have too much to loose but I really need to get down to the weight I want to feel comfortable. I am tall and it is difficult to find clothes to fit my arms and legs without trying to find clothes to fit me round the waist legs and arms too.
So New Year and new beginning for the diet/healthy eating plan.
