Monday, busy monday! + the salad I brought for lunch had expired so I couldn't eat it, I'm a bit hungry.
I realized that grapes are high in carbs :( and I have like 1.5 cups with me! I can't waste them so I'll eat them, but will be careful with the amount.
Hope I get some tim today to exercise.
