Thank you everyone for your support! I am going to try to get back on track today! It's hectic. The one thing I can say is that I get my walking in! This hospital is huge and the parking is really far away!

I park in a parking lot 1/2 a mile a way from my office every morning, there is a shuttle service but I always walk. Wouldn't pass up the oppurtunity to start and end my work day with a 15 minute power walk!
