Yesterday and today I dreamt about delicious food. I'm going crazy!
It was quite funny, though; yesterday I dreamt of eating a burger (I'm not a big fan but after being 2 weeks on regimen I would not say no to one!), and this morning I woke up because I was dreaming of having barbecue with my boyfriend and my family, and the most vivid thing on my dream was my food. I could almost smell it :)
It is not that I am hungry, because in the last 2 weeks I have been eating well. There is a difference between being hungry and having appetite, and my brain is really struggling more than my stomach!
I don't know how to help it. I am eating well and healthy, and enjoying what I eat; I believe it is just the fact that knowing "I can't" or I shouldn't eat certain things, makes my brain go crazy.
Nevertheless, I am still quite motivated and really trying to keep the balance, so I can allow to spoil myself once in a while, but also be careful to not do it very often.
I hope that I can get used to this soon. I don't want to be on a diet, I want to learn to eat.
