Chickturu's Logboek, 02 feb 14

As soon as I woke up (and having dreamt about delicious food again) I decided that today will be my indulgence day. After all, this week I really behaved properly and even exercised; so today I wanted to spoil myself with something.

Oh, that was a big 'something'. 1 Poland sausage and a bit of manchego cheese; those 2 alone sum up enough calories. But I really felt like I needed them so I guess it is ok.

I went to Zumba and put so much effort on it, hoping that that would pay for the calories I would eat later on at lunch; I was not wrong, and despite my tasty and unhealthy lunch I am still on the green side of my calorie intake.

My stomach (or my brain?) still asks for junk food, and I thought that today I can try a bit (only a bit... I'll try to make it only a bit) of popcorn. Not sure; let's see.

Not sure if I am allowing myself too much, but the fact is that I feel I need it... Tomorrow is monday and I'll go back to super behaving again.
