Hello all my buddies!!! I am still here and still going! I have been super lazy about writing things down the last two days (okay not lazy just actually busy for a change). But I have been doing okay on the first week of phase two. I have not seen a loss yet but my weigh in is not until Monday anyway.
I feel I might have introduced to many carbs this week. I usually stay away from corn and carrots but them seem to be everywhere and in everything!
They are just lurking in other veggie mixes, ugh. All in all it has not been too bad. Still staying away from bread but I did have 7-grain hot cereal as a snack one day...
