I think that I need to move the scale....I am always tempted to weigh myself on my off days. When I see the scale go up and down, knowing that the extra weight might be water weight I still get upset. Why do women have this problem? I hate that darn scale.....I am going to get it out of my path. But so far the weight is staying off. I want to be skinny today but I am taking it one day at a time.
