I have been trying hard to eat right....I have gotten on the scale this week and have not lost any weight...I am at the same weight. I feel like I am doing something wrong. I am at 1800 calories per day. Should I take in less? Sometimes this can be very disappointing....But, I will not stop...I am going to find out what I am doing wrong.
