Low Carb Singer's Logboek, 28 feb 14

Today is my seudo-birthday. I'm not going to be too rigorous on the exercise. I've been around 3,500 kcal burned per day. I just finished some push-ups and chin-ups. Gives me 1001 kcal to eat on some low carb choconut cups I made and some strawberries. Will eat them while I watch the rest of the Canuck game I pvr-ed.

This calories "in/calories out log" is great, even though it does not show the whole picture; i.e., nutritional break down is important too. But you get all that with the fatsecret.com tool! To boot, you can also track net carbs. Thanks to everyone who put this site together!
