I have dropped 2 more pounds this week. I have been getting on the scale a few times during the week and not seeing any results. Then there it was. I try not to get on so much but, I like tracking my progress and when I don't see any weight loss I get a little discourage so this week I am going to try not to play with the scale. I am going to have some Menudo today......Checked the calories not bad.....
