Going to have to start all over again. Went back to my old job which is more active but stressful. When I lost the weight I was in an office job which was really boring but I could sneak to the gym and swimming pool I can't do that with this job and surprise, surprise my weight has jumped up! It's all down to exercise for me. If I go to the gym/swimming pool every other day for only 45min I lose weigh! How can I change that now? I will have to discuss with work! I will start slowly this week and make plans work on a plan to start proper next week. This week I will try and drink more water and look after myself to get ready.
