I need a new workout playlist. Anyone have suggestions for songs or remixes (preferrably in the EDM genre) with a pace of ~150 bpm?
Per discussion with my trainer, I need to lay off the resistance and up the pace on the elliptical (currently I keep resistance between 7 and 10 and pace around 130 bpm, I need to drop to 5-7 with 150gpm). My current playlist has a lot of songs aorund 130bpm, so it's easy to keep pace to the music, but it's hard to go faster than the music without slowing down accidentally.
