Hannelie nobody's Logboek, 16 mrt 14

This was the best week ever weight wise lost 2.2kg since wednesday I journaled every piece of food I ate even the Chocholate. I treat my self to something nice everyday to prevent sudden cravings and binging, I just keep the portions small , it helps me a lot ,feels like cheating but I check that I stay in my dayly RDI.
117,8 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 6 kg.    Nog te gaan: 9,8 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

Great job - it is good to learn to moderate the "treats" to avoid over eating.

I find that logging every single morsel in my Food Diary helps me to control any urge to binge. I am doing LCHF, so am just basically interested in the carbs totalling up! :-)
