Current Stats: Bodyweight: 206lbs Body Fat: 20.9% Lean Body Mass: 162.9 Current Macro-nutrient Target: (Phase 1) Protein (0.8*LBM) = 130g Carbs = 30g (on workout days) 0g (on non workout days) Fat = 150g (on workout days) 140g (on non workout days)
This combined with Intermittent Fasting (7 - 8 hour eating window) will hopefully help me get out of my plateau.
